Creating a custom bag shouldn't be complicated. At Oujia, we've streamlined the process so that turning your vision into reality is smooth, fast, and fully supported.
Step 1:
Share Your Idea
Everything starts with your vision. Whether you have a rough sketch, a reference photo, or a physical sample - we can work from it. Just send us what you have, and our team will start shaping it into a product-ready design.
Step 2:
Choose Materials & Details
Once the design is clear, it's time to choose the components. We offer a wide selection of materials such as PU, PVC, canvas, nylon, and cotton. You can also define the lining, zippers, hardware, stitching, and branding - all tailored to your needs.
Step 3:
Receive Your Sample
Based on your selections, we create a physical prototype in our sample room - usually within just a few days. This allows you to see, feel, and test the product before confirming. Revisions are welcome to ensure the sample is just right.
Step 4:
Production & Delivery
Once the sample is approved, we move forward with mass production. Our team follows strict quality checks throughout. After packaging and final inspection, we arrange shipping to your location - on time, and ready for your market.
